Hi, I’m Mindy and I’m glad you are here. Starting the therapeutic journey can be overwhelming. Whether you are here for individual or couples counseling, I’m here to support you on your journey and your season of change. We will work together to move through where you are feeling stuck, and what will move you forward to being the best version of yourself. My role as a Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Therapist is to help you to feel empowered, and to grow. You are the expert on you. I aspire to provide a therapeutic space that can lead to fulfilment and wellness. My office is located in Overland Park, Kansas and I provide both in person and virtual therapy sessions in Kansas.
